On Tuesday, the Pittsburgh Steelers held their official press conference introducing Mike McCarthy as their new head coach. McCarthy held his introductory presser and was overcome with emotion as the opportunity to come home and be the coach of what he called "the most historic franchise in all of sports."

One of the big questions asked by the media was whether or not McCarthy would be open to bringing quarterback Aaron Rodgers back to which McCarthy said, “Definitely, I don’t see why you wouldn’t.”

Rodgers joined the Steelers in the last offseason and played on a one-year contract with Pittsburgh. When Mike Tomlin voluntarily stepped down the day after the end of the season, it seems like a forgone conclusion that Rodgers wouldn't return but his history with McCarthy after their time together in Green Bay could change that.
