Earlier today, our guy Aaron Leming gave a detailed breakdown of the performance of the entire Chicago Bears 2025 Draft Class, and it’s safe to say that this was general manager Ryan Poles’ best one yet. At the top of the class were his first two selections, Colston Loveland (10th overall) and Luther Burden III (39th), but his final pick in the seventh round, Kyle Monangai (233rd), also made a big impact.

This trio not only helped the Bears take the North, but they did something together that hasn’t been done since at least 1966.

Only team in the Super Bowl era to have three rookies with 650+ scrimmage yards each

Kyle Monangai – 947 yds

Colston Loveland – 711 yds

Luther Burden III – 689 yds

Monangai’s 947 scrimmage yards were the sixth-most among all 2025 rookies, and his 783 rushing yards were the fifth most of all first-year players.

Loveland’s 711 receiving yards and 58 receptions were both the fifth most of this rookie class, his 6 receiving touchdowns tied for the second most in the class, and his 711 yards from scrimmage were the thirteenth most of all rookies.

Burden’s 689 scrimmage yards were right behind Loveland in 14th place, and his 652 receiving yards were the seventh most in the rookie class, while his 47 receptions were the ninth most.

How much better do you think these three will be in 2026?
