Chelsea are playing a huge Champions League game against Napoli tonight, and one person who is very excited is Malo Gusto.
He’s been waiting his whole career for chances to play in games like this in the world’s best club competition. It’s all to play for in Naples, for Napoli to want to make the top 24 and Chelsea who want to make the top 8.

“There is a lot of tactical stuff we have to be spot on for, but I think it will be more about fighting and battling, because we know how tough it is to play away at this stadium,” Gusto said quite correctly. Only one English team has won at the Diego Armando Maradona stadium in the last 11 attempts.
“We have played in some great atmospheres in the Champions League which add to the intensity of the game. It will be the same against Napoli. It will be a tough game and we can’t wait to play it.
“We know Italian teams are very tactical and physical. It is always hard to break their blocks. I think Napoli will be quite similar but they have to play to win the game, so we know what we are going to face.”
That’s what makes it so interesting – a draw does nothing for either team, and a win is essential for the home side. It could be a wild one.

Gusto is predicted to play by the guys from the London is Blue podcast, although we’re not so sure. It’s a big call over whether to use him or Reece James at right back.
Off the pitch, today was a big day for Chelsea as they finally shifted Raheem Sterling by reaching a deal to terminate his contract.
