OIA’s ‘Numou’ programme: Apply via Jadara platform, deadline February 5

Muscat – Oman Investment Authority (OIA) has launched Numou, a new on-the-job training programme designed to equip Omani graduates with practical workplace skills and facilitate their integration into the labour market.

Targeting fresh graduates from a wide range of academic disciplines, the programme offers hands-on training opportunities within OIA and its affiliated entities, providing participants with direct exposure to real-world professional environments.

According to OIA, Numou aims to develop and refine national competencies, enhance employability, and bridge the gap between academic learning and practical application, in line with the authority’s human capital development objectives.

The programme is open to graduates holding a bachelor’s degree in selected specialisations, including business administration, accounting, finance, economics, information technology, law, media, and human resources management. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.7.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete written assessments and attend personal interviews as part of the selection process. Successful applicants will receive a monthly allowance throughout the training period.

OIA has urged interested graduates to ensure their personal profiles on the Jadarah digital platform are complete and up to date prior to submitting applications. Registration is available via Jadarah platform: http://jadarah.gov.om, with the application deadline set for February 5.

The launch of Numou forms part of OIA’s broader efforts to invest in national talent, strengthen human capital, and support sustainable economic growth in alignment with Oman Vision 2040.
