It’s been social media silence from Victoria Beckham since son Brooklyn dropped his bombshell post, but the girl band icon has now returned.
No, she hasn’t shared the much-anticipated wedding dance footage, instead Posh has ignored the noise and celebrated her fellow Spice Girl.
Taking to Instagram stories, Victoria, 51, wished a happy birthday to Emma Bunton aka Baby Spice who turned 50 today.
‘Happy birthday I love you so much,’ she wrote as she shared a throwback snap of her giving Emma a piggyback in the band’s early days.
She then added a clip from the Say You’ll Be There music video, with Emma singing directly into camera with the caption ‘kisses’.
The birthday post is the first thing shared by Victoria since Brooklyn’s mammoth revelations that left us all gobsmacked.
Sir David has spoken out, while live on CNBC’s financial program Squawk Box he shared: ‘I have always spoken about social media and the power of social media . . . For the good and for the bad.
‘What kids can access these days, it can be dangerous. But what I have found personally, especially with my kids as well, use it for the right reasons.
‘I’ve been able to use my platform for my following, for UNICEF. And it has been the biggest tool to make people aware of what’s going on around the world for children.
‘And I have tried to do the same with my children, to educate them.
‘They make mistakes, but children are allowed to make mistakes. That is how they learn. That is what I try to teach my kids, you sometimes have to let them make those mistakes as well.’
Victoria is yet to address the claims made by Brooklyn, in which he accused her of ‘inappropriately’ dancing with him at his wedding.
Other claims said she scrapped Nicola’s wedding dress at the last minute, called her ‘evil’, as well as attempts to get him to sign over his rights to the Beckham name.
The budding chef defended his wife, Nicola Peltz, 31, who he married in 2022, accusing relatives of ‘consistently disrespecting’ her.
He also wrote that he does not wish to reconcile with his parents, despite recent swirling reports that a reunion could be imminent, saying, ‘my wife and I do not want a life shaped by image, press or manipulation.’
