Cairo – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el Sisi met Dr Mohammed Said al Maamari, Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs, on Tuesday on the sidelines of the 36th International Conference of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, currently being held in Cairo.
The meeting highlighted the deep-rooted fraternal relations between the sultanate and Egypt, as well as their shared commitment to promoting moderation and enlightened Islamic values.
Discussions focused on the enduring role of Islamic principles in addressing contemporary challenges, particularly in the context of rapid technological change and its impact on human development.
The President and the Minister stressed that Islamic values remain a cornerstone for building stable societies, supporting sustainable development and advancing national growth.
