Dani Dyer is on the receiving end of a bloody nose in the upcoming series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, which returns with an all-new cast in 2026.
The Channel 4 show is back for an eighth season in January, with a brand new twist: this series will see a gang of Brits pitted against a bunch of Australians in a test to find which is the ‘greater nation’.
Among the 14 recruits is Love Island alum Dyer, who was most recently forced to bow out of Strictly Come Dancing in its early stages on account of a nasty injury. This season of the endurance test that is SAS was filmed before the 2025 Strictly run.
The mum-of-three will now be taking on the gruelling reality show alongside fellow islander Gabby Allen, and the first episode will see her thrown in at the deep end, coming away with a bloody nose.
Dyer faces off with Australian Married At First Sight star Jessika Power in a make-shift boxing ring.
Donning a head guard and padded gloves, first look photos show Dyer brushing off a bloody nose after a sparring match, leaving chief instructor Mark ‘Billy’ Billingham impressed.
He said of her performance on the show: ‘Little Dani Dyer surprised me. Very small girl. She was very timid at the start, lacked a lot of confidence and didn’t really believe in herself.
‘She was willing to give up, but found a second wind with support from myself, Chris Oliver, Rudy Reyes and Foxy [Jason Fox]. She never believed she could do it but she could.’
Dyer was confirmed as part of the grisly show’s 2026 lineup earlier this month and she shared she’s long been a ‘massive’ fan.

‘I’ve always watched it and wondered if I could do it. I want to put myself to the test. I’m nuts, but I think I will be good at it,’ she said.
‘I’ll be completely out of my comfort zone. I just hope that I will be able to stop listening to the voices in my head and just get to the end because that would make me so proud.’
She added: ‘I think physically I’ve got this. Mentally is what I’ll struggle with as my brain attacks me all the bloody time. I just want to believe in myself a little bit more and stop being a negative Nancy.’
