The House Was Not Hungry Then Trailer
"He does not love the house. He hurts the house." Chroma has revealed an official trailer for an indie horror film titled The House Was Not Hungry Then, made by Scottish-American filmmaker Harry Aspinwall. This premiered last year at the Cinquest Film Festival and is out to watch now on VOD at home anytime. An intriguing new indie horror that's based around the POV of the haunted house itself. While searching for her estranged father, a young woman breaks into an empty house in the Scottish countryside where every visitor disappears. Now she must avoid the man posing as a real estate agent who lures victims inside to feed the hungry house. Starring Bobby Rainsbury, Clive Russell, and Bill Paterson. In you go, and have a look around... This reminds me of the POV horror film In a Violent Nature from Canada, as well as Soderbergh's Presence film also from the perspective of the ghost in a home. Very eerie vibes in this... with all these wide shots of the house itself and the people looking around in it. Worth a look if you're into experimental horror. // Continue Reading ›
