This 1969 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am is one of approximately 700 examples optioned with the WS4 Trans Am Performance and Appearance Package for the model year, and it was acquired by the current owner in 2013. The car was refurbished in 2012, at which point the body was refinished in white with blue stripes. It is powered by a 400ci V8 with Ram Air III induction, and further equipment includes a three-speed automatic transmission, a rear wing, power steering, power-assisted front disc brakes, 14″ Rally II wheels, and a twin-scoop hood. The cabin is outfitted with blue vinyl upholstery, woodgrain trim, a center console, an AM radio, and a heater. This Firebird Trans Am is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with the owner’s manual, a car cover, and a clean California title in the current owner’s name.

The car was finished from the factory in Cameo White (C), and the seller notes the body has been repainted, and the trunk pan was replaced in 2012. Exterior details include blue stripes, a rear wing, twin hood scoops, fender vents, and a polished front grille, rear bumper, and rocker panel and window trim. Close-up photos of the paint, trim, and imperfections are provided in the gallery.

The 14″ Rally II wheels are mounted with Goodyear Allegra tires, and a full-size spare with a Firestone tire is stowed in the trunk. The car is equipped with power steering, and stopping is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.

The car was optioned with the Custom interior group, and blue vinyl covers the front buckets and contoured rear bench. Woodgrain trim accents the center console, and amenities include an AM radio, lap belts, and a heater.

The wood-rimmed steering wheel fronts a woodgrain dashboard fascia with a 160-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and readouts for fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 82k miles.

The 400ci Ram Air III V8 was factory equipped with a four-barrel carburetor and was rated at 345 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque.

A photo of the engine stamp is displayed above.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission. Corrosion is noted on underbody components.

Decoding the trim tag provides the following information:
- Style: 69 22337 – 1969 Firebird sport coupe
- Body: NOR704631 – Norwood, Ohio, assembly; body number
- Trim: 210 – Blue vinyl, custom interior
