Muscat – Hamptons International Oman has signed an exclusive international sales mandate with Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) for Jood and Yamal, two of the largest integrated tourism complex (ITC) developments planned in the Sultanate, marking a significant step in Oman’s continued growth as an international real estate and investment destination.

The signing ceremony, held at TMG’s headquarters, formalises the collaboration between one of the region’s leading real estate developers and a globally recognised international property advisory firm. The projects were unveiled under the patronage of His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, at a high-profile official event attended by senior government officials, dignitaries and leadership from both groups, reflecting the national importance of these developments within Oman’s long-term economic and real estate strategy.
