This 1965 Ford Mustang was acquired by the seller in 1987, and starting in the early 1990s, the car was modified, customized, and refinished. It is now powered by a fuel-injected, supercharged 347ci stroker V8 from Probe Racing Components, and the engine is linked to a Richmond five-speed manual transmission and a Currie 9″ rear end with a Truetrac differential. TCP coilovers, four-wheel disc brakes, Caltracs traction bars, and 15″ Centerline wheels were added, and the body was refinished in metallic dark green after an integrated rear spoiler, a hood scoop, and a lip spoiler were added. Inside, a Dino wheel, AutoMeter gauges, a Long shifter, and SCAT Procar bucket seats have been added along with a roll cage with removable door bars. A fuel cell, an aluminum radiator, headers, and a dual exhaust system were also fitted. This Mustang is now offered with records and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The body has been modified with a front lip, an R-style front valance, a honeycomb grille, an integrated rear spoiler, and a hood with a scoop and pins. Originally white, the car has been repainted dark metallic green. There is a dent in the left-front fender and scratches from use.

The front coilovers were sourced from Total Control Products, and tubular control arms, QA1 adjustable rear shocks, and traction bars were also added along with four-wheel disc brakes. Centerline 15″ wheels are mounted with Goodyear tires.

A bolt-in roll cage with removable door bars was installed along with SCAT Procar bucket seats and a Long shifter. The heater is not connected, and a radio blanking plate has been fitted.

A Dino steering wheel was fitted along with AutoMeter gauges. The seller believes around 10k miles have been driven since the engine was installed.

A fuel cell and the battery are mounted in the trunk.

The 347ci stroker V8 was sourced from Probe Racing Components, and it is equipped with Trick Flow heads, Accel digital fuel injection, and a ProCharger supercharger. A Ron Davis aluminum radiator, a SPAL fan, Ring Brothers billet hinges, headers, and a dual exhaust system with Borla mufflers were also fitted.

Richmond five-speed manual transmission and a Currie 9″ rear end with a Truetrac differential.

Records dating to the 1990s are included as displayed in the gallery.

The car is titled as a 1965 Ford using VIN 5R07C192607.
