Veteran actor, filmmaker and television executive Eric Tsang Chi-wai has confirmed he will step down as TVB general manager, ending months of speculation about his future at Hong Kong’s leading free-to-air broadcaster.
The 72-year-old made the announcement at the TVB Anniversary Awards 2025 ceremony, broadcast live from the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort in Macau on Saturday night.
