The death toll is climbing after a high-speed train in southern Spain derailed and then collided with an oncoming train, killing dozens. Authorities say on Sunday, a train heading to Madrid jumped the tracks, slamming into another packed train heading in the opposite direction. NBC’s Raf Sanchez reports for TODAY.
