Trailing a scream, cops foil suicide, save youth; to be rewarded

Two beat officers in Patel Nagar responded to a woman's screams, discovering her son attempting suicide. They raced upstairs, forced open a locked door, and found the young man hanging. The officers quickly cut him down, saving his life just in time before he was rushed to the hospital.
