Reveleer, a healthcare technology company, has announced the opening of its new GCC in Chennai on Monday.

The new office is part of the company’s plans to expand its operations and meet the growing demand for its AI-driven healthcare solutions.

The Chennai centre will focus on product development, engineering, operations, medical coding, and quality assurance. It will work closely with Reveleer’s teams and customers in the United States to improve services and support the company’s continued growth.

“This expansion is a direct response to increasing demand for our value-based care solutions and to provide the best possible outcomes to our customers,” said Jay Ackerman, CEO of Reveleer. “We’ve been fortunate to work alongside exceptional partners in India since 2016, and our expansion will allow us to engage a deep pool of talent, accelerate innovation, and expand our ability to help payers and providers improve efficiency, enhance patient care, and strengthen their financial performance.”

Reveleer has appointed Shanmugam Nagappan as the managing director for India. He will lead the new centre and oversee its growth.

“Our India team will play a strategic role in advancing Reveleer’s business initiatives and innovation, operating as a seamless extension of our U.S. counterparts,” said Nagappan.

It is beyond any doubt that Chennai is actively gearing up to attract GCCs. For instance, Lennox, a global leader in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) solutions, announced a $6 million expansion of its GCC in Chennai. The expansion increases the facility’s size to 150,000 square feet and will grow its workforce from 900 to 1,500 employees.Similarly, Ascendion, a leader in AI-powered software engineering, has inaugurated its GenAI Studio in Chennai, positioning the city at the forefront of generative AI innovation for global clients.
