Mangione appeared at the hearing in civilian clothes where his defense team are arguing to get critical pieces of evidence, including a gun, bullets and his alleged writings, thrown out before the high-profile murder case is heard by a jury. NBC’s Stephanie Gosk reports for TODAY.
