Person killed and agent injured at ICE arrest

An officer fatally shot a person who injured an ICE agent during an immigration arrest, federal officials said. Officers were conducting a stop near Chicago when the person resisted and attempted to drive his vehicle into the officers attempting to arrest him, subsequently striking and dragging one of them, ICE said in a statement.
