As the government shutdown enters a new week, air travel delays are worsening across the country from Newark and Philadelphia to Atlanta, Chicago and Dallas. It comes as the federal agency that oversees the United State's nuclear stockpile is set to furlough most of its staff. While in Washington, there’s still no end in sight to the partisan stalemate and the House is not even in session as Democrats and Republicans battle. NBC’s Ryan Nobles reports for TODAY.
