South Carolina health officials say the measles outbreak in the state has doubled in the past week and it’s expected to keep growing. Officials say more than 500 people are in a 21-day quarantine with doctors estimating about 200 are “actively infected.” The majority of patients are children and teenagers and most of them are unvaccinated.
