Mass dog killings rock Telangana: ‘300 stray dogs’ given lethal injections; sarpanches among 9 booked

Police have filed cases against nine individuals, including two village sarpanches, in Hanumakonda district for allegedly killing approximately 300 stray dogs with lethal injections. The incident, which occurred between January 6 and 8, was reported by an NGO after buried carcasses were discovered.
