Luigi Mangione Seeks to Have Evidence Tossed in Pretrial Hearing

Luigi Mangione, the accused killer of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, is returning to a Manhattan courtroom as a judge prepares to decide what evidence can be used when the 27-year-old's murder case goes to trial. His defense team argues that key pieces of evidence being used were taken in violation of their client's constitutional rights.
