Our pop prayers have finally been answered; Nicole Scherzinger is reportedly reuniting with her fellow Pussycat Dolls for a tour this year.

It’s been over 21 years since the iconic Don’t Cha was first released, cementing the women as one of the biggest girl groups of the 00s.

Nicole, Carmit Bachar, Ashley Roberts, Jessica Sutta, Melody Thornton and Kimberly Wyatt shot to fame and topped charts around the world.

Now they’re set to reunite — but according to The Sun, it’s only three of the six original members.

Nicole, Ashley and Kimberly are reportedly planning the 2026 comeback tour after their 2020 attempt was derailed.

A source said: ‘Nicole and the girls have been talking about getting Pussycat Dolls back together for months now.

‘Covid scuppered the original plan and then disagreements behind the scenes meant it all fell apart. But Nicole, Ashley and Kimberly are a solid unit and they’re raring to go.’

Nicole and band founder Robin Antin were said to have clashed over creative control, with the pair even preparing to take things to court.

At the time, the former X Factor judge announced the shows were cancelled via her Instagram, seemingly blindsiding two bandmembers.

Carmit and Jessica said in their own statement that there was ‘no official notification’ of the tour being axed, adding the situation was ‘out of our control.’

They have not spoken out about these new tour rumours but Carmit did post a PCD throwback celebrating six years since comeback single React.

The Sun’s source continued: ‘They are due to meet up in London tonight to iron out the finer details and toast the deal for the tour, which is set to be announced in the coming weeks.

‘It feels like the perfect time.’

In November, rumours of a reunion began to bubble, and a source told the publication: ‘Kimberly has been open about the fact the girls have sorted out their issues.

‘She also told pals they’ve been discussing a tour. The Pussycat Dolls certainly had their differences over the years, but a comeback would send fans wild.’

The Pussycat Dolls were originally a dance troupe, putting out their debut album PCD in 2005, which featured hits Don’t Cha and Buttons.

Second album, Doll Domination, came in 2008, producing more hits like I Hate This Part and When I Grow Up.

Before the release, Carmit had already left the group over rumoured clashes with Nicole, who had emerged as a leader and frontwoman.

They officially disbanded in 2010 after their world tour, but even with only two albums to their names, they sold over 55 million records worldwide.

Since the split, the group have gone on to have various solo careers with Nicole recently winning her first Tony Award for her role as Norma Desmond in the Sunset Blvd revival.

Meanwhile, Kimberly is now a presenter for Hits Radio, having been a judge on Got To Dance, as well as forays into acting and reality TV.

Ashley similarly has become a radio presenter for Heart, also having stints on various reality shows, including I’m A Celebrity.

Nicole previously hinted at a reunion for the band with a cryptic throwback on Instagram, sharing an old video of the group performing.

‘For the PCD fans. For the memories. For what’s to come,’ she wrote in December.
