Millie Mackintosh and Hugo Taylor have reportedly split after seven and a half years of marriage.

The couple, who are the parents of daughters Sienna and Aurelia, have recently gone their separate ways.

Millie, 36, and Hugo, 39, have long been a favourite couple among fans who first saw them on the reality show Made In Chelsea before they got together.

The pair were married in July 2018.

A source revealed to The Daily Mail: ‘Millie and Hugo are currently going through a separation and have sadly decided to split.

‘They have known each other for many years, and in recent weeks, have had serious conversations about their future, ultimately deciding it’s better for them both to part ways.

‘Their main priority remains their children and family life, and separating is not something they ever hoped would happen.

‘At present, they are considering what living apart might look like and how they plan to navigate co-parenting their young children.

‘It’s been an incredibly difficult start to the year, and one they hope to continue managing in private.’

Millie’s connection with Hugo stretches back to her teens, long before either of them became household names.

They officially got together when she was 21, finding themselves thrust into the public eye as their relationship unfolded on the E4 reality show that made them famous.

Her life took a different turn in 2013 when she married rapper Professor Green, but the marriage was short-lived and ended in divorce three years later.

That same year, Millie and Hugo found their way back to each other after time apart, getting married two years later.

Parenthood soon followed: their daughter Sienna was born in 2020, with Aurelia arriving just a year later.

Away from her family life, Millie has been notably honest about the more difficult aspects of her past.

She has spoken openly about her former dependence on alcohol, a struggle that ultimately led her to give up drinking altogether. That experience became the foundation for her book Bad Drunk, in which she also explores her long battle with severe anxiety.

Millie first opened up about her decision to go sober in November last year.

She revealed that drinking had become a ‘huge trigger’ for her anxiety, initially planning on stopping drinking for 12 weeks alongside having therapy and taking prescribed medication.

‘I had a breakthrough in therapy and decided to stop drinking alcohol, I didn’t want to admit it but it’s a huge trigger for my anxiety,’ the mum-of-two confessed at the time.

‘It has an instant negative effect on my mental health and right now I’m focused on feeling my best, finding happiness in my life and not trying to escape from it.

‘It’s been 12 weeks and I’m enjoying sober life, not missing the “hangxiety”, feeling more energised, my skin is looking great and I’m sleeping much better.’
