Everton have opted to recall forward Inma Gabarro from her loan spell at Spanish Liga F Moeve club Sevilla.
The Toffees announced the news via a post on their official club website earlier today.
The 23-year-old Spanish international attacker was set to spend the entire season with Sevillistas but she returns to Everton ahead of schedule.
Everton signed Gabarro on a free transfer in summer 2024 after the player left Sevilla. The youngster was able to make just two appearances for The Toffees before suffering an Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injury which brought her season to an immediate end. After regaining her fitness, Gabarro headed back home to Spain to get back up to speed with Sevilla. She scored four goals for the club in the first half of this season.
With Gabarro now back at Everton, it has been reported that she will be immediately available for selection once again. She returns at an important point in the campaign with Everton winless in their last three Barclays Women’s Super League outings and without a win at their new Goodison Park home all season.
Everton are next in action when they play host to Aston Villa at Goodison Park on Sunday afternoon.
