White House shares an altered photo of arrested Minnesota protester Nekima Levy Armstrong

The White House posted an image of an arrested Minnesota protester, Nekima Levy Armstrong, that was digitally altered to make it appear as if she was crying, on Jan. 22. Secretary Kristi Noem posted the real image of Levy Armstrong, showing her expressionless and not crying, earlier the same day.
