Tamil Nadu Governor R.N. Ravi walks out of Assembly without reading customary address

The Assembly adopts resolution treating his address as ‘read’. Later, Lok Bhavan claimed the address contains ‘misleading statements’. This was the fourth consecutive year Mr. Ravi walked out of the Tamil Nadu Assembly.
