A man has been stabbed in the back in an altercation on Melbourne's Flinders Street overnight.
Police say two men were in the CBD about 11.30pm when one of the men pulled a knife and stabbed the other.
The victim was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The alleged offender, a 20-year-old man from Reservoir, was arrested on a tram.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant dashcam or CCTV footage has been urged to come forward to police.
