Conservancy workers end protest after 165 days, to get back their jobs under National Urban Livelihoods Mission

State governement assured the workers that nearly 1,400 of them would be reinstated under NULM with the Chennai Corporation. Six workers would be taken back at a later stage, as their health condition improves, said Uzhaippor Urimai Iyakkam.
