Who runs the programme The DBA programme is managed by Falcon and Associates, a company established in 2009 by Ruler’s Decree to promote Dubai globally. Rami Tawfiq, Director of the DBA programme, brings over 15 years of experience in business development and government relations, while Raikhan Agumarova, Programme Manager, has worked with organisations including WHO and Chevron and brings international education and consulting experience.
