Video shows the moments leading up to the fatal shooting by ICE agents of a 37-year-old woman identified as Renee Good, an American citizen, in Minneapolis that is sparking outrage. Police say Good was blocking ICE officers with her SUV and that when agents approached the vehicle, Good reversed and accelerated to the right. That's when they fired multiple shots, striking her in the head. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is defending the actions of the ICE officer and labeling Good as a "violent rioter."
