Human remains have washed up on a beach near Lancelin in Western Australia, believed to be a snorkeller who disappeared while crayfishing.
The grim discovery was made by a man on a morning walk, with the shock find coming five days after Wen Ren Gu, also known as Walter, went missing.
The local man made the discovery in the sand at Fence Reef Beach.

He called police just after 7am.
Officers arrived at the beach soon after, taping off the area and removing the remains.
Walter, 32, vanished while snorkelling with three friends at Ledge Point on New Year's Day.
The group was hoping to catch crayfish and somehow became separated.
Police launched a large-scale search at the popular tourist spot with aerial support and local boats.
Police drones and the helicopter scanned from the sky as officers searched the sand and divers scoured the water.
The search was scaled back on Sunday.
Desperate for answers, friends posted an appeal on Facebook in the hope of potential new leads.
Today's grim discovery is closure for the 32-year-old's family who live overseas.
Police say formal identification is yet to be completed but the death isn't being treated as suspicious.
