Muscat – Muscat Nights 2026 festival has seen a remarkable influx of visitors since its launch, with crowds flocking to various venues across the governorate to experience a diverse array of entertainment and cultural activities. Spanning key locations such as Qurum Park, Amerat Park, and the Oman Automobile Association, the festival has integrated modern technology with traditional heritage.
Highlights include the innovative “Siraj” light festival, mesmerising drone shows, and synchronised water fountain displays that have captivated audiences of all ages. To ensure a seamless experience, Muscat Municipality has implemented free shuttle bus services to ease traffic congestion.
The event features an international circus, interactive educational zones for children, and a heritage village that brings Omani traditions to life through live crafts and folk arts. Sports enthusiasts have also been catered for at Seeb Beach with beach football and volleyball tournaments.
Beyond entertainment, the 2026 edition has prioritised local economic impact by increasing participation opportunities for Omani job seekers and small to medium-sized enterprises. The festivities, which include daily firework displays and various cultural evenings, are set to continue until January 31st, offering a vibrant celebration of Omani identity and modern creativity.
