One passport claim: Elon Musk speaks on citizenship: ‘I will live and die in America’

Elon Musk stated he holds only an American passport and intends to live and die in the US, or Mars. Born in South Africa, he obtained Canadian citizenship at 17 before transferring to the University of Pennsylvania in 1992 on a J-1 Exchange Visit visa. He later became a naturalized US citizen in 2002.
