Eyewitnesses Detail Mysterious Explosion in Northwest Venezuela

Two eyewitnesses in Northwestern Venezuela in an area known for drug trafficking tell NBC News that they saw an explosion on Dec. 18 that destroyed a hut that was possibly used for storage. It is unclear if it's the same strike that President Donald Trump mentioned which he called a major explosion in the dock area along the shoreline. NBC’s Gabe Gutierrez reports for TODAY.
