India and New Zealand have concluded negotiations for a comprehensive Free Trade Agreement, Prime Ministers Narendra Modi and Christopher Luxon announced on December 22, 2025. Finalised in a record nine months, the deal aims to deepen economic engagement, boost trade, cut tariffs and expand investment between the two countries.
