Coast Guard Pursues 3rd Venezuelan Oil Tanker as Tensions Rise

The United States Coast Guard is “in active pursuit” of another sanctioned oil tanker off the Venezuelan coast as President Donald Trump leaves the possibility of war with Venezuela on the table.
