A small plane crashed in central Mexico while trying to make an emergency landing on Monday, killing at least seven people.
Mexico state civil protection coordinator Adrian Hernandez said the accident, which happened in San Mateo Atenco, happened shortly after the plane took off from Acapulco.
The small aircraft left Toluca Airport, around 31 miles west of Mexico City, when it began experiencing issues.
The private jet had registered eight passengers and two crew, but hours after the crash, only seven bodies had been recovered.
Three of the victims are believed to be children.
The plane had tried to land on a football field but hit the metal roof of a nearby business, sparking a large fire.
The warehouse where the plane crashed was used for the storage of fuel and gas tanks.
Local resident Octavio Contreras said: ‘It spun around like when a fan breaks loose. Then we heard the explosion, the truck even moved, and then we saw smoke coming out.’
Nobody on the ground was injured, but authorities have launched an investigation into the deadly accident.

Debora Estrella, 43, and pilot Bryan Ballesteros were both killed when the two-seater Cessna they were in plummeted to the ground by an industrial estate in the city of Garcia, in Nuevo Leon, north-east Mexico.
Shortly before the accident, Debora had posted a photo on Instagram stories of the plane before it took off from Monterrey-Del Norte International Airport, with the words ‘Guess what’.
Debora’s ex-husband, Jose Luis Garcia, also a journalist, posted about the accident on his social media not long after it happened, when he was still unaware his former wife was one of the two victims.
Debora had presented a morning news programme from the northern Mexican city of Monterrey for more than five years.
