Police in Australia have identified and father and son as the gunmen in the mass shooting at Bondi Beach during a Hanukkah celebration, killing at least 15. It comes as the man who raced into action, disarming one of the shooters, is speaking out. NBC’s Sara James reports for TODAY from Sydney.
