Nearly 4 GW of solar capacity in Rajasthan hit by transmission constraints

Solar power generation in Rajasthan has been severely hit as over 4.3 GW of solar capacity is being fully curtailed during daytime due to transmission shortages, leaving power plants unable to evacuate electricity to the grid and putting projects worth nearly ₹20,000 crore at risk, according to industry sources
