Memphis mayor ‘not happy’ about National Guard plans

After President Trump said that he’s planning to send federal law enforcement and the National Guard into Memphis, Tennessee, to lower crime in the city, Mayor Paul Young told CNN that he’s “certainly not happy” about plans for a deployment and would prefer other investments to address crime.
