HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. was grilled by senators today over his shake-up at the CDC and new recommendations for the Covid vaccine. Kennedy defended his moves and said he is revamping the CDC because it made critical mistakes during the pandemic. NBC News’ Ryan Nobles reports.
