Weather was about as good as it can be in March with sunny skies and mild temperatures for the procession, which began at Royal Oak Middle School and went into the downtown along Washington Avenue.

The event was directed by retired police command officer Al Carter while the Grand Marshall was Shirley O’Brien from the O’Brien Clan.
