DA’s office and former medical examiner recant Shaken Baby diagnosis as man serves life in prison

The original detective said there wasn’t a thorough investigation. The former medical examiner says his original diagnosis of Shaken Baby Syndrome was incorrect. And the District Attorney’s office that charged Russell and Kaye Maze now say they are innocent. But Russell is still serving a life sentence for the murder of his infant son 25 years ago.
