Congress party cadre arrested for staging protest against PM Modi’s visit

Tamil Nadu Congress Committee SC Department head M.P. Ranjan Kumar, on Friday, protested against the arrival of Prime Minister Narendra Modi by releasing black balloons with his fellow Congressman
