Has anyone else become aware in their own dealings with bureaucrats and administrators that, along with the increasing need for box-tickers, has emerged the increasing ineptitude in the accurate ticking of boxes. Dealing with accountants recently, I have had endless errors made so much so that I am beginning to suspect it’s leading to the rise of AI in bureaucracy (as suggested in today’s news – accountants about to be taken over by AI).
