Rasmus Hojlund leads the line for Napoli as they host Chelsea, whilst the visitors opt with the likes of Estevao and Joao Pedro.
The match kicks off at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona at 20:00 GMT (21:00 CET).
All the matches in the final round of league phase fixtures will kick-off at the same time, as Antonio Conte’s side must pick-up a result or face a disappointing early elimination from the tournament.

Napoli still face a number of high-profile injuries that have left their squad in a barebones state ahead of this crucial fixture. The hosts are without first-choice goalkeeper Vanja Milinkovic-Savic, key defender Amir Rrahmani and midfield rock Andre-Franck Zambo Anguissa. In addition, Billy Gilmour, David Neres and Matteo Politano are also sidelined through injury.
Conte has made just one change from the team that he started in the 3-0 loss to Juventus at the weekend, with Mathias Olivera coming in for Gutierrez on the right-hand side.
Chelsea, meanwhile, are without talismanic forward Cole Palmer and centre-back Tosin Aradibioyo but, aside from that, new head coach Liam Rosenior has selected a full-strength team.
