Police say two people were shot by a Border Patrol agent in Portland, Oregon, during a traffic stop and that the man and woman were both hospitalized with their conditions unknown. The Department of Homeland Security is saying the federal agent who fired shots was “fearing for his life and safety.” NBC’s Dana Griffin reports for TODAY.
