FCT elections: ADC takes early lead in Kubwa polling units

The African Democratic Congress, ADC, has taken an early lead in results so far announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in the four polling units in LEA Primary School, Kubwa II, Bwari Area Council.

The contest is largely between the ADC and the All Progressives Congress, APC, as the PDP chairmanship candidate in Bwari Area Council stepped down at the eleventh hour for the APC candidate.

According to the tally brought in so far, the ADC had a total of 67 votes in the four polling units within the school while the APC is trailing with 40 votes.

ZLP is a distant third with 21 votes while APGA has 20 votes.

DAILY POST reports that the polling centre has a total number of 4,063 registered voters out of which only 181 turned out to cast their ballot.
