Superman & Spider-Man Crossover’s Peter Parker & Clark Kent’s Get First look

A new glimpse at the upcoming DC and Marvel crossover has surfaced ahead of its release. It teases a moment between two well-known alter egos. The preview, shared by one of the project’s creators, offers an early look at how the worlds of Superman and Spider-Man begin to intersect.

Clark and Peter get first look for Superman/Spider-Man comic

DC artist Jorge Jiménez shared a preview panel from Superman/Spider-Man #1 that shows Clark Kent and Peter Parker together at S.T.A.R. Laboratories. With this image, Jiménez draws Peter Parker in a comic for the first time. He portrays both characters wearing press credentials as reporters pursuing the same story.

Jiménez wrote on X, “My first Peter Parker drawn in a comic ever, and to have it alongside my great friend Clark Kent… well, you can imagine how much I’m enjoying all this! Are you going to miss it? Pre-order before March 2nd. SUPERMAN/SPIDER-MAN !!”

Writer Mark Waid said, “Peter and Clark are working as reporters on something, and that’s how they are introduced in the story. It becomes a story not just about superheroics but about truth and about journalism and about, you know, facts and what is the difference between facts and truth? What are the responsibilities of a journalist? How do you punch Brainiac out of the sky if you’re Spider-Man? all that kind of stuff.”

Mark Waid writes Superman/Spider-Man #1, and Jorge Jiménez provides the art. DC releases the issue on March 25, 2026. The issue centers on Clark Kent and Peter Parker uncovering a conspiracy that draws Superman and Spider-Man into a universe-spanning threat involving Brainiac and Doctor Octopus. A Marvel companion one-shot, Spider-Man/Superman #1, follows in April, with pre-orders due before the March 2 deadline.
