This 1999 Mercedes-Benz S320 was initially delivered to Team Rahal of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and remained registered in that state under the care of its original owner until 2026. Indicating 10k miles, the car is powered by a 3.2-liter DOHC inline-six linked with a five-speed automatic transmission and is finished in Midnight Blue over Parchment leather upholstery. Equipment includes a sunroof, 16″ six-spoke alloy wheels, power-adjustable front seats, an AM/FM/cassette stereo, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a Bose sound system. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2026, this V140 S320 is offered in New Jersey at no reserve with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Pennsylvania title.

The car is finished in Midnight Blue, and exterior details include a powered sunroof, double-pane side glass, soft-close doors, a power antenna, and headlight wipers.

The silver-finished 16″ six-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Pirelli P4 tires. The car was factory equipped with Anti-Slip Regulation (ASR) traction control. Braking is handled by a ventilated rotor at each corner.

The power-adjustable front seats are upholstered in Parchment leather, while Zebrano wood trim accents the cabin. Amenities include front seats with position memory, an AM/FM/cassette stereo, a Bose sound system, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, an analog clock, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, instant fuel economy, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 10k miles.

The 3.2-liter DOHC inline-six was factory rated at 228 horsepower and 232 lb-ft of torque. The Carfax report indicates that the vacuum pump, fuel pump, fuel filter, and fuel pressure regulator were replaced in February 2026.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to Team Rahal of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as well as factory colors, equipment, and a total retail price of $68,595.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
